On October 14, the Francisco Stédile Group acquires control of Agrisa, transferring it to Caxias do Sul city and changing its name to Agrale S.A Tratores e Motores (Agrale SA Tractors and Engines), from which , thanks to the entrepreneurial spirit and dynamism of Francisco Stédile, the company goes through a period of great growth.
