1962

On December 14 Agrale is founded under the name Agrisa- Indústria Gaúcha de Implementos Agrícolas S.A. (Agrisa - Gaucho Industry of Agricultural Implements SA,) producing cultivators and diesel engines.

1965

On October 14, the  Francisco Stédile Group acquires control of Agrisa, transferring it to Caxias do Sul city and changing its name to Agrale S.A Tratores e Motores (Agrale SA Tractors and Engines), from which , thanks to the entrepreneurial spirit and dynamism of Francisco Stédile, the company goes through a period of great growth.

1968

Launch of the four wheels microtractor Agrale 415, first tractor manufactured in Rio Grande do Sul, a milestone in the process of mechanization of Brazilian family agriculture, still in production (4,100 Line) and a leader in its class. Initial production of two new models of stationary diesel engines with one and two cylinders.

1975

Expansion of production capacity with the inauguration of an important factory, now known as Factory 1, currently the administrative headquarters, tractor and engine assembly facility and component manufacturer.

1982

Start of Agrale TX 1100 truck sales, the precursor of the current family of Agrale vehicles, which to date exceeds more than 100,000 units sold.

1983

Start of motorcycle and moped production, following the acquisition of the Alpina moped factory and an agreement with the Italian company Cagiva SPA (sold in May 2006), with which 100,000 units were produced.

1985

New expansion of production capacity with the inauguration of Factory 2 in the city of Caxias do Sul, the vehicle assembly facility.

1988

Anticipating the Mercosur concept, Agrale signs an agreement with the Deutz company (Germany and Argentina), which begins the manufacture of "Agrale Deutz" heavy tractors in Brazil and "Deutz Agrale" trucks in Argentina.

1990

Inauguration of Unit 3 for the manufacture of cabins and components.

1996

Development of the first chassis designed specifically for minibuses, which from 1998 onwards also began to equip Volare vehicles. Agrale is the market leader in this segment.

1997

Introduction of a range of midsize agricultural tractors that are the current 5000 line, resulting initially in an agreement with Zetor a.s., European manufacturer of tractors and diesel engines.

1998

Start of assembly of medium and heavy-duty "International" trucks in Brazil, the result of an assembly agreement, discontinued in 2013, with the American company Navistar, destined for the Brazilian market and for export.

Agreement with Marcopolo S.A. for the supply of chassis for the assembly of Volare minibuses. Approximately 60,000 units were produced until 2019.

2004

Launch of the Agrale Marruá family of 4x4 vehicles, intended for use by the Armed Forces and Security Forces, as well as in the civilian sector and in heavy-duty services: mining, reforestation, network maintenance, etc.

Midibus: introduction of the innovative line of chassis for medium-sized buses, complementing the line of light chassis.

2006

Launch of the first  Brazilian tractor to admit the use of biodiesel.

2007

Launching of the 13,000 truck, marking the entry into the midrange segment and extending the Midibus line with the new 15 tons chassis.

2008

Start of Operations in the  Agrale Argentina Factory SA in Mercedes, province of Buenos Aires where Agrale is vice leader in the bus segment, another milestone in the internationalization process of the company.

2009

Presentation of Hybrid buse, diesel / electric, Agrale "Hybridus", which shows a reduction of up to 20% in poluent emissions. Launch of the Compact Tractors Line.

2011

Presentation of the new generation of  Agrale 2012 Trucks and new Euro V engine in trucks, chassis and utilitarians of Agrale Marruá.

2012

Presentation at the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development – Rio+20, of the Agrale Marruá Electric, a project developed in conjunction with Itaipu Binacional and Stola do Brasil.

Launch of the MA 17 bus chassis.

Celebration of the company's 50th anniversary.

2013

Launch of the 500 Line of Agrale Tractors, the new 5105 Tractor and Truck Agrale Marruá 41 AM, for the Armed Forces. Celebration of 80,000 units of tractors produced and 100,000 vehicles.  Production of tractors in the Agrale Argentina unit,  the model BX 6110 was the first to be developed.

2014

Signing of a letter of intent with the Government of the State of Espírito Santo and the Municipality of São Mateus for the installation of the Agrale factory in the municipality of São Mateus.

Expansion of the 500 tractor line, with the launch of the 540.4 tractor.

2015

Presentation of the new generation of the Agrale Marruá 4x4 utility vehicle.

Launch of the 4233 tractor, the first isodiametric tractor produced in Brazil.

Launch of the 7215 tractor, with 215 hp, the most powerful model manufactured by the brand and developed to meet the needs of agribusiness, including precision planting. Delivery of the first bus chassis produced at the new factory in São Mateus (ES).

Launch of the Agrale A-Line Trucks: A7500, A8700 and A10000.

2016

Start of assembly of Line A light trucks at the São Mateus - ES factory.

2017

Agrale is celebrating its 55th anniversary.

2018

Agrale unites the visual identity of the tractor line.

2019

Launch of the Agrale Marruá AM200 Armored Double Cabin, a vehicle aimed mainly at the use of the Armed Forces and Public Security. The model offers Level III 'Plus' ballistic protection, which features maximum protection for crew members during security actions and missions.

2021

Launch of the AM250 CD and CS with new engine configuration, delivering higher torque and increased power.

2022

Presentation of the MA 11.0 microbus powered by Gas (CNG and Biomethane).

2025

Presentation of the new 4125, 4125 Cargo and 525 Tractors, and launch of the A 15,000 and A 18,000 Trucks for the market.
